
INPACS HQ renewed its ISO certifications

Since its implementation in 2015, the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) has continuously helped us to improve INPACS HQ’s operating performance making us more efficient, as well as identifying how to further improve and embed our internal operations and cooperation within the group. This in turn helps us to facilitate the achievement of INPACS targets according to the Strategic Plan 2022. In addition, the Environmental Management System (ISO 14001) has enabled us not only to satisfy the increasing number of our international customers asking for INPACS’ sustainability programs, but also to reduce our energy consumption steadily while the number of heads has increased.
As pointed out by Julia Del Pino, Sustainability Manager of INPACS: “It is part of our Corporate Social Responsibility within the INPACS organisation to increase awareness and consider any (environmental) impact created by our business operations.”
